Weekends in the Shop

Some weekends we have just adult time here at the shop.  Grandpa blesses us with a weekend every month by having the kids over to his house for lots of grandpa adventures; to include bonfires, fishing, sugar and staying up late! 

On these weekends, we enjoy our morning coffee a little longer and dream up what we can create in the shop and prepare for projects with the family.  This particular weekend we went material collecting at a reuse store in town as well as in the woods around the house; my ultimate goal of the sustainable family shop is an adventure as well.  

Papa turned a few pens that are now added to the shop products.  I now have a few projects in the works, timing for our homemade holiday gifts.   Hint, if you love reading or like the sound of music in the wind; stay tuned.
