Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends.  As we are family run, there may be times that vacations or holidays may delay shipping.  If delays are expected we will contact you through our email address klaverfamilywoodshop@gmail.com to ensure the delay is acceptable to all parties.
